Q: Can I Try and Buy?

A: Yes, our delivery partners enable our customers to try the products before accepting them. Please do not hesitate to inform the delivery
executive of your decision.

Q: Why should I choose your products? What advantage do you have over your competitors?
A: Well, that's a pretty good question - There are tons of things that make us stand our and a few of them are:

1) Our products are more durable and are of better quality, than that of our competitor's. We've tested the durability thoroughy in private
labs under strict conditions.

2) Despite the higher quality, we've kept our products reasonably priced and cheaper than our competitors. Our goal is to win more hearts
and not fill our pockets.

3) Every individual member of our support team, has an excellent experience of 10 years or above in the field of Customer
Championship - So, if anytime you need any help, you'll get the best of the best of the best from us. Our experience is unmatched.

4) Transparency with our customers, is one of the "pillars of values" - Keeping that in mind, we never ever make false claims to sell our
products or create unnecessary hype around it. Businesses now-a-days think more about the money and less about the ones giving it to them.

Q: Can I exchange the product if I order the wrong size?
A: Yes, you can definetly request for an exchange given the following conditions:
​
1) The product still has its original tags, labels and packaging.
​
2) The product is in a resalable condition.
​
3) A return request is geneated within 10 days of the product's delivery date.
​
4) The product has not been used and is returned "As is".
Q: What if I don't like the products after I try them on?
​
A: Don't worry, we've got your back. You can return the product with the delievery executive and we'll raise your refund request, as soon as we receive the product back. It should then take 7-10 business days for a full refund (minus any and all delievery fees and any
cashbacks or amazon gift card values) to get back to your account.
​
Should you decide to return the product - after - a couple of days of delivery ( assuming that you're returning it within 10 days of delivery
date) you will still get a full refund (minus any and all delievery fees, cashbacks, amazong gift card values and a handling fee of INR
250). However, the cost of delivering the product back to our warehouse has to be shouldered by you.

Q: What are the conditions for a full refund including the refund of any and all delivery fees ?
​
A: Full refund can be processed if the following conditions are met:
​
1) The delivered product is faulty.
​
2) The delivered product is different from what was ordered.
​
3) The product varies from the description on the website.
​
4) The product still has its original tags, labels and is in the original packaging.
​
5) The product has not been used or washed before its being returned.
​
6) The return request is initiated with 10 days of the delivery date.
​
7) You will have to scan and send a copy of the "delivery receipt" if its being sent back - after the delivery date and within 10 days. We shall
give you a refund of that too ( applies to faulty products - as explained in points 1,2 &3 )

**NOTE - The amount of "Surprise Cash Backs" and "Surprise Amazon Gift Cards", that might've been credited or delivered to you respectively, would be debited from the final refund value in all cases.
